COMMUNITY/EDUCATIONAL TOUR REQUEST FORM

Community or Educational Leader,

Thank you for your interest in touring Protective Stadium, Birmingham’s premier multi-purpose venue on the campus of the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC) which has served as Alabama’s foremost convention, meeting, and entertainment center since 1974.

Since opening on October 2, 2021, we have received numerous requests to tour this great addition to the Birmingham community. While the best way to experience Protective Stadium is always to attend one of the many live events hosted at the Stadium including UAB Football, Legion FC, or the Birmingham Bowl, we have created this request form to try to accommodate community enrichment and/or educational tours when possible.

If your group is interested in requesting a tour, please complete the following information no later than thirty (30) days prior to your requested tour date to allow our Protective Stadium team to evaluate the request while balancing the needs of our clients and day-to-day operations. You should expect a response from our team within seven (7) business days to update you of the status of your request.

Due to large volume of events on the BJCC campus at night and on the weekends, tours will be considered Monday through Friday on days without previously scheduled events or surrounding activities starting no earlier than 9:00AM and ending by 4:00PM. Tours last between 60 to 90 minutes on average.

The form will not submit without all information and file upload items being completed so please review the form prior to starting to ensure that you have all answers and files on hand.
