AHSAA Super 7
THE ALABAMA HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION SUPER 7 STATE FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS are one of the most exciting and highly anticipated sporting events in the state. Each December, over the course of three days, the final two teams from each of Alabama’s seven classifications (1A through 7A) and 2 Flag Football classifications (1A-5A and 6A-7A) compete to be crowned as the new state champions. After hosting the event in Tuscaloosa for the 2023 season, the AHSAA looks forward to being back in Birmingham for this year’s event December 4th through December 6th in 2024.

- 1A-5A Girls’ Flag – Montgomery Catholic vs. Moody – Kickoff at 11:00AM
- 6A&7A Girls’ Flag – Spain Park vs. Central-Phenix City – Kickoff at 3:00PM
- 7A – Thompson vs. Central-Phenix City – Kickoff at 7:00PM
- Thursday, December 5th – Gates Open – 9:00AM
- 3A – Mars Hill Bible vs. Houston Academy – Kickoff at 11:00AM
- 1A – Maplesville vs. Wadley – Kickoff at 3:00PM
- 5A – Montgomery Catholic vs. Moody – Kickoff at 7:00PM
- Friday, December 6th – Gates Open – 9:00AM
- 4A – Jackson vs. Cherokee County – Kickoff at 11:00AM
- 2A – Reeltown vs. Tuscaloosa Academy – Kickoff at 3:00PM
- 6A – Parker vs. Saraland – Kickoff at 7:00PM

In addition to our standard prohibited items, space heaters will not be permitted inside Protective Stadium. Blankets and hand warmers are permitted, but will be inspected prior to entry. We advise guests to avoid bringing anything that has a power cord (like an electric blanket or similar), as it will slow security screenings.
The box office will accept cash for tickets exclusively for this event.
Protective Stadium is a cashless operation including all concessions, merchandise, and parking. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession location within the Stadium.
VISA gift cards are available for purchase at the main Guest Services location on the Northwest Corner of the Concourse.
