MONDAY, JULY 27

  • 7 AM – Road Closures Take Effect

WEDNESDAY, JULY 29

  • 3:30 – 5:30 PM – Field Access Wristbands*
  • 3 PM – Complimentary Shuttle Service Begins
  • 4:30 PM – Box Office Opens
  • 5 PM – VIP Early Entry
  • 5:30 PM – Suites and Main Gates Open
  • 7 PM – Main Event Starts
  • 10:15 PM – Alcohol Last Call
  • 12:30 AM – Complimentary Shuttle Service Ends

*Fans with field access can pick up their wristbands from 3:30-5:30 PM at the tent located on Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd. N. near Texas De Brazil. You must be present with your ticket to pick up your wristband (see map below for location).

This will expedite your entry into the stadium. If you are unable to pick up a wristband before 5:30 PM, wristbands will be available at the far-left lanes of the South Gate when doors open. Do not lose your wristband – it cannot be replaced.

PRE-PURCHASE PARKING

50,000+ fans are coming to The R&B Tour — Starring Usher Raymond & Chris Brown. Don’t get CAUGHT UP looking for a place to park. Pre-purchase your spot in advance using the LAZ widget at the bottom of this page.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Complimentary shuttles will run from 3 PM to 12:30 AM between the North Parking Decks and the stadium. (Please note: The North Parking Decks are approximately a 10-minute walk from the Stadium.)

RIDESHARE LOCATION

Rideshare pickup and drop-off are available at 874 23rd St. N. (near 9th Ave. N).

ACCESSIBILITY

Wheelchair users should review the parking map above for ADA drop-off locations. Guests with mobility needs who do not require a wheelchair-accessible vehicle may utilize our on-demand cart service from 3 PM to 12:30 AM. For questions, call 205.458.8400 or email guestservices@bjcc.org.

ROAD CLOSURES

Multiple road closures will be in effect starting at 7 AM on Monday, July 27. See the map above for affected areas.

Bag Policy & Prohibited Items

Bag Policy

One clear bag (12″x6″x12″) or non-clear bag (5″x7″) is permitted. Please review the graphic above for more details.

Medically necessary items are allowed after proper inspection. Inform security at entry points to screen and tag these items.

Prohibited Items

Outside beverages are prohibited unless they are “Uptown Cups” purchased from the Uptown Entertainment District. Outside food, signs, weapons, gifts, iPads, and cameras are also prohibited.

Umbrellas are permitted only if they fit inside the clear bag allowed under the Protective Stadium Bag Policy. Umbrellas may not be opened at any time inside the stadium.

Clear, empty, plastic reusable water bottles (32 ounces or less) are permitted inside Protective Stadium. Water refill stations are located at gate entrances and near Sections 127 and 141.

Use the map above for entry suggestions based on your seating location. The South Gate, Northwest Gate & Northeast Gate are open for this event. Field ticketholders MUST enter through the South Gate. There will be dedicated lanes on the left side of the South Gate for Floor entry. 

The Stadium Club entrance and space are reserved for Front Row VIP Lounge and Premium VIP Lounge Package ticketholders only.
