• 1 AM – Complimentary Shuttle Service Ends

*Fans with field access can pick up their wristbands from 12-5 PM at tents located on Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd. N. in front of Texas de Brazil. You must be present with your ticket to pick up your wristband (see map below for locations).

This will expedite your entry into the stadium. If you are unable to pick up a wristband before 5 PM, wristbands will be available at the far left lanes of the South Gate when doors open. Do not lose your wristband – it cannot be replaced.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Complimentary shuttles will run from 3 PM to 1 AM between the North & South parking decks and the stadium.

ACCESSIBILITY

A complimentary cart service will operate from 3 PM until 1 hour after show’s completion to assist guests with mobility needs. For questions, call (205) 458-8400 ext. 3 or email guestservices@bjcc.org.

Bag Policy

One clear bag (12″x6″x12″) or non-clear bag (5″x7″) is permitted. Please review the graphic above for full clear bag details.

Prohibited Items

Outside food and beverage, signs, weapons, gifts, iPads, and cameras are not allowed during this event.

Umbrellas are permitted only if they fit inside the clear bag allowed under the Protective Stadium Bag Policy. Umbrellas may not be opened at any time inside the stadium.

Clear, empty, reusable water bottles are permitted in Protective Stadium. Water refill stations are located on the field level and near Sections 127 and 141.

Use the map above for entry suggestions based on your seating location. The South Gate, Northwest Gate & Northeast Gate are open for this event. Floor ticketholders MUST enter through the South Gate. There will be dedicated lanes on the left side of the South Gate for Floor entry.

The Stadium Club entrance and space are reserved for VIP Lounge and Premium VIP Lounge Package ticketholders only.

Starting at 2 PM, merchandise will be sold on Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd. N. near Southern Kitchen.

Additional merch booths will be inside the stadium at the following locations:

South Ramp near Section 116
Northeast Gate near Section 131
Northwest Gate behind Section 142
On Field near Sections 129/130

All merch locations are CASHLESS. Credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tap to Pay will be accepted.
